Instructions to make Pad Thai Noodles:

  1. Take Noodles and place in a water pan with Lukewarm water.
  2. After 15 minutes remove the Noodles and drain the same.
  3. Now finely slice the onions, Capsicum and Bell peppers.
  4. Roughly chop Garlic and Ginger.
  5. Fine slice the Lemon Grass stem - No Leaves.
  6. Make a sauce by adding - Coconut cream, Thai Curry paste, Soya sauce, Honey, Lemon juice, Salt and pepper.
  7. Crush the Roasted Peanuts and keep aside.
  8. Cut the tofu or Cottage Cheese in Cubes or rectangles.
  9. Now take a Wok and heat it on vary high flame.
  10. Add some sesame oil.
  11. Add Sliced onions and give it a stir.
  12. Add Garlic, Ginger and Lemon Grass.
  13. Stir for a while and add Capsicum and Bell peppers.
  14. Add Tofu and give everything a stir again.
  15. Give everything a nice mix and add Noodles to it.
  16. Toss the Noodles well on High Flame.
  17. Finally add the Thai sauce you just prepared.
  18. Also add the crushed Peanuts and give it a final mix.
