- {Get 250 gms of boneless chicken cubes.

- Merinate chicken in above masalas, oil n lemon juice ginger garlic paste. Keep it for 1 hour or more.
- Heat 1tbsp oil cook this chicken on medium to low flame add little water if required cook covered..
- When chicken is done take out add 2tbsp garlic sauce. Cool it. Give hot coal dum..
- In chopper put green chillies and coriander n chopped than add chicken and chop it but not very fine it should be rough. Take out in a plate.
- Now make samosa with filling and maida slurry /lae.
- Heat oil and fry them..
